“We had the absolute pleasure of working with Komal as our on-the-day wedding coordinator, and we cannot express how grateful we are for her exceptional service- one of the best decisions we made when planning the wedding. Komal joined us about six weeks before our big day! I thought that as we get closer to the big day, as most of the suppliers would be in place- it would become less stressful. How wrong I was! She seamlessly took over, ensuring that all our plans were in place and that every supplier was on schedule- ensuring we could let go a little and actually enjoy time with our family too over those coming weeks.
Komal's expertise truly shone during our two main events. The first was our traditional Hindu wedding at Hare Krishna Mandir in Watford. Coming from a Punjabi background, my family was unfamiliar with many of the customs and duties of a Hindu wedding. Komal ensured that everything required was done correctly and efficiently, and she helped run the day smoothly, making sure everyone knew where they needed to be and when.
The following day, Komal coordinated our wedding reception at Fairmont Windsor Park. This event had a lot more vendors and moving parts to manage, and we are so glad Komal and her team were there to handle it all. She was incredibly professional, quick on her feet, and took initiative whenever needed. Komal's support extended beyond just us as a couple; she was a great help to our families too, making sure everyone was taken care of and that everything ran without a hitch.
Thanks to Komal, we were able to fully enjoy both of our special days without any worries. Her attention to detail, dedication, and organizational skills are truly remarkable. “What can I say! Komal was incredible for our wedding and reception. When we first started planning, we quickly booked our main suppliers and initially didn't consider hiring a coordinator. However, after coming across Komal’s page and seeing her own magnificent wedding in Portugal, I decided to reach out.
From our very first conversation, Komal was lovely to speak to, and I knew right away that I wanted her to be our coordinator. Although we only booked her for on-the-day coordination, Komal started checking in from day one. As we began planning the events and schedules, she constantly offered to take tasks off our plate. While stress is inevitable until a wedding is over, her support made a world of difference. She was there for us, not just as a couple but for anything and everything we needed. Even when last-minute changes arose, she handled them effortlessly, and everything eventually fell back into place. A special mention and thank you to Shan, who made sure we got a moment to ourselves to enjoy the canapés, despite our busy schedule.
We highly recommend Komal as a planner, coordinator, and so much more. Her skills and expertise are immense, and our complete trust in her made our wedding truly incredible. Beyond being amazing at what she does, Komal is a genuine, lovely person to be around. The only thing I regret is not getting a photo with her at the end to mark the occasion and end with a bang.
